Angela is a practicing lawyer in Malawi and holds a master's degree in International Human Rights Law. She is Specialized in human rights, with extensive experience in election monitoring. Angella has worked with various organizations such as the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the African Court for Human and People’s Rights, Malawi Judiciary, the African Union Advisory Board on Corruption, The Carter Center, the International Republican Institute/National Democratic Institute, among others. She has held positions such as Judicial Research Officer, Legal Officer / Assistant, analyst, and long/short-term observer as well as practiced as a lawyer in the private sector. Angella is dedicated to promoting fundamental human rights, including civil, political, and cultural rights. Angella's expertise and dedication make her a valuable asset to the PACENET Board.
Dr Fritz Kadyoma

Dr Fritz Kadyoma is a seasoned and highly accomplished education specialist with over 32 years of experience in the public service and non-governmental organization sectors. His specialization is in policy, planning, leadership, curriculum design and development and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in research, project design and management, program materials development, gender mainstreaming, child protection, monitoring and evaluation, corporate governance and resource mobilization. Dr Kadyoma brings with him a wealth of knowledge, aptitudes and managerial experiences to effectively support PACENET in the areas of program design, management and good corporate governance. This assertion is further backed by the fact that he has served in key decision-making positions such as Chief Executive Officer and Board Secretary in both public service and Non-Governmental Organizations for many years. He has also served as Board Director for a number of reputable organizations such as Malawi Institute of Management (MIM) now known as School of Government (SoG), Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB), Teachers’ Council of Malawi, Imagine Worldwide Ltd and others
Mandisa Maulidi (Mrs)

Mandisa Maulidi (Mrs) is a self-motivated and confident Internal Auditor with eight years of experience as an auditor. She is well-versed in investigations and in performing risk-based audits. She brings this wealth of professional experience to PACENET with a focus on internal controls, business processes, and compliance with regulations to help the organization win donor and public confidence and trust as it strives to achieve its core business objective. Mandisa holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce – Accounting from the Catholic University of Malawi.
Felix Chisoni (Mr)

Felix Chisoni is a seasoned health librarian with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in academic libraries and health informatics. His journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Mzuzu University, followed by the Chevening Scholarship in 2018, which enabled him to obtain his Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

Olive Mpina is one of the young female NGO leaders, currently serving as the Executive Director for the Pan African Civic Educators Network (PACENET). A Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Rural and Community Développent, Olive is an accomplished advocate for human rights, gender equality, and political empowerment for women, young women, and the youth. Well-experienced in community empowerment and mobilization, Olive is results-driven and innovative. She is highly experienced in election observation and voter education. She has over ten years of work experience in the NGO sector, managing projects, and coordinating Community-based Organizations (CBOs), Youth Organizations, and women's forums.
